What is the estimated delivery time?

All orders are shipped within 3–4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

     Metropolitan Cities: Delivery typically occurs within 6-7 business days after dispatch.

     Other Regions: Delivery may take 7–15 business days, depending on the location.

Once your order has been confirmed,you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details. Our delivery partners strive to deliver your package at the earliest. If they are unable to access your address or reach you at the scheduled time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

What happens if I am not available to receive the order?

We collaborate with trusted third-party courier partners to deliver your orders. Typically, three delivery attempts are made.

     If you are unavailable during any attempt, you will receive a message from our shipping team to reschedule the delivery.

     The delivery agent may also call you to confirm a suitable time for delivery.

     After three unsuccessful attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse.

     Orders returned due to customer unavailability can be re-shipped with an additional charge of ₹100.

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery notification. This timeframe is important as the window to raise disputes with our courier partner closes thereafter.
