At Ritual & co. every product is crafted with intention and packed with care to give you a flawless experience. We strive to offer you the best shopping experience possible, while our quality checks are thorough, if you order arrives damaged or received wrong shipment our team is here to assist you. We are committed to making things right with transparency and supporting you at every step.
Can I return or exchange my products?
Returns are accepted only for physically damaged products or received incorrect order.
To register a return, please email us at support@ritualandco.in within 24 hours of delivery, along with:
● A clear unboxing video
● Photos clearly showing the damage/defect
Claims not reported within 24 hours, cannot be processed. All returned products must be in their original packaging. If a returned product is not received in appropriate condition, the return request will be rejected and the product will be shipped back to you.
Returns are not accepted for:
● Used or opened products
Once the product is received, our quality check team will inspect and validate the claim. If approved, a replacement will be sent. If ineligible, the product will be returned to you. Replaced product will be delivered with in 7 days
What if I received an open package?
Please do not accept the order if the outer packaging is open or the seal is broken. If you accept an open package, Ritual & co. cannot take responsibility for physical damage, defective products, missing, or incorrect items.
The product doesn’t suit me. Can I return it?
If a product does not suit your hair, it cannot be returned. Haircare is personal and each product works differently for different individuals.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return request is approved, our delivery partner will collect the product. After a quality check at our warehouse, if the refund is approved it will be credited to the original payment method with in 7-14 days
For all approved returns, a ₹100 pickup fee will be applicable (or charged separately, depending on the case).

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To purchase a different product, please place a new order.

At Ritual & co. we want your experience to feel smooth, easy, and completely hassle-free. Since we ship your products through a third party courier partners, an unboxing video really helps us understand what happened in case something arrives damaged, leaked or missing.
Why we ask for an unboxing video?
It acts as a simple clear proof. If anything goes wrong during delivery. Courier companies require video evidence to approve any damage or missing item. Without this video, we won’t be able to raise a complaint with them or offer replacements. Recording an unboxing is a quick habit, we recommend not just for us, but all your online purchases. It keeps you safe as a customer.

How to record your unboxing video
● Start recording before opening the package, keep the full parcel courier label and seal visible before you open anything
● Show the package from all sides
● Record the video in one continue take, please avoid pausing or editing
● Show each product properly, hold each item, close to the camera, front, back,cap, and any damage if visible
● Keep the packaging with you, don’t throw away the box pouch or product until your issue is resolved
● Share the video within 24 hours on our email
